To me, anyway, thrillers should have a strong current message to readers. It's that "could this really happen" feeling that gets the adrenaline flowing and your mind considering the possibilities for hours.
So, in keeping with the theme of AI possibly getting out of control, my entry to this collection is Mind in the Clouds. It's a whodunit where not all the suspects are human.
